I was amused to see that the Pioneer is having a minature golf
tournament this weekend. I have never heard of such a tournament, but
why not? With a top prize of $7,000 this is serious. Any pros out
there? I always thought of minature golf as a place where a young
teenager could tke a first date, but I don't think you will see any 15
year olds out there on this course.I guess they have set up a course on the property near the pool? I
wonder if you get a free game if you get a hole-in-one on the last hole?

Hey man you must get getting old and senile (don't worry Mr. new
administrator we are VP friends) ! This is a semi-annual event that the Pioneer runs,
mainly to generate fundraising monies for the local charities. It takes them a
couple weeks to reassemble the course throughout the grounds.
You mean you have not walked past the "windmill" hole outback by the buffet?
Or the hole in the front parking lot sponsored by Budweiser where you hit
through the Clydesdale? Or actually in the casino where the fairway is the
wheelchair ramp into Sassy Sue's Saloon (riverbar)? I know you are not a member
yet to this oldest slot club in Nevada, but you do wander around alot on the
riverwalk...I got pictures to prove it.
