Palace Station pulled this same sort of crap on me a few years ago. The
mailer distinctly said "Free Rooms" but they raped my comp balance anyway. No
casino rate either - they knocked off the rack rate! Nobody mentioned a thing
until I tried to get one lousy breakfast buffet comp after two of us put in 3-4
hours playing $15-$25 blackjack. "I'm sorry, but your comp balance is still
negative"....... That stunningly stupid stunt cost them 5 regular guests, one
of whom was (and still is) a black-chip player.
