XVP -Low House Edge at Keno (Orleans Exacta)

The Orleans offers a Keno Play called Exacta where if you get the same number of hits in 2 consecutive games (for an added 25 cents bet) you are paid the exacta in addition to your regular payoffs. Rough calculation on some of these exactas (at the lower end anyway) seem to indicate that the house edge is extremely low and the advertising I have seen, that playing the exact in similar to taking the odds at craps might be fairly truthful. I realize the regular tickets at the Orleans hold about 25%-28% before figuring in comps, though they have high roller tickets that hold less than 10% (see good, better, best in their pay brochure). Has anyone examined these plays?
