XVP - Lousy Sprint Service in Vegas

When I stay at the Cal, and used to stay at the Palace Station (don't stay there any more as they housekeeping refuses to drop there disturbing policy of calling you about service even with the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door and waking u up) there are always problems with Sprint Service in the guest rooms and in many areas of the hotel. Also there is a dead zone enroute to downtown from the airport near Russel and Maryland Parkway and by Swenson and Flamingo near UNLV. is this common with all carriers, or is Sprint, with the worst customer service of any phone company I have ever used, mainly to blame despite there lies about good coverage?

We have Verizon (with western NY area code) and have had very few
problems, if any, with service anywhere in LV for the past 4-5 years.

The Palazzo casino. Big dead zone for T-Mobile. Also Southern Highlands and
Shinnecock Hills but that won't affect most people. (except me!)

Don,

Actually a friend of mine uses Verizon and she always is able to make calls from there. I have even used her phone when mine doesn't work.

My Verizon phone gets no reception on the Gold Coast floor. It's like the
only place on earth where it doesn't work.

---I have Verizon. Terrible reception in most casinos! LV Hilton, Fiesta
Rancho, Stations, etc., are all very bad for Verizon.
