Am I the only one that noticed that Vicnce Neil and his friends were
playing blackjack with tournament chips (ie. play money)?
The real chips were covered up.
I realize a lot of the show is staged, but the drama of them winning
or lossing thousands in play money is too much.
This show is rapidly lossing whatever credibility it may have had.

I agree with you. I too noticed the chips being played. On another
similar note..when the history channel did their story on the MIT BJ
Team, their reenactments showed them playing at a table that said
dealer must hit soft 17. What team would play with those rules ?

Not that many S17 shops around any more...playing at a H17 shop would
simply increase the call in number and/or when to make a max bet.

Considering the amounts that the MIT players bet, they easily could
play only S-17 tables as just about every casino in vegas that takes
that kind of action has pits of S-17 at $100 min or above limits.
The H-17 are today the majority of tables but they are a minority
when you are betting over $100.
