xvp - Las Vegas Tenors

I had the pleasure of seeing the Las Vegas Tenors tonight at the Gold Coast
and recommend the group highly. The group consists of a band and tenors Mark
Giovi, Bill Fayne, Bobby Black, and Teddy Davey. If you've seen Clint
Holmes, you'll remember Fayne, who was Holmes's musical director and fellow
student in college (both had opera majors). Fayne and the rest are excellent, and
sing a nice combination of popular tunes, Broadway, opera, and beloved Tenor
ballads such as Danny Boy.

My two friends were brought to tears by a couple of the more emotional
numbers, and promptly bought a CD after the show.

They will appear next weekend at the Gold Coast (prices are very modest).
They've been appearing around town at places such as the Southpoint and
others. A schedule and information on the group such as biographies, CDs for sale,
etc., can be found at _www.lasvegastenors.com_
(http://www.lasvegastenors.com) . You can also sign up to receive their fan club newsletter.

Fans of good music will enjoy this show.
