I'm a member of a Science Fiction group here in Las Vegas which will be
holding an SF convention in Oct. 2004 downtown at the Union Plaza. As part of the
convention one of the people is producing a restaurant guide and needs
restaurant reviews. He is especially interested in downtown Las Vegas, but would
like to include other restaurants around town that are especially interesting or
excellent. Inexpensive and good is always of interest (and because this is a
science fiction convention anything that might be related to SF
like Quarks bar at the LV Hilton Star Trek Exhibit, or related to astronomy,
etc. would be great - Quarks is the only one I can think of in this category).
So if any of you would like to write a short (say 1 paragraph) review of a
restaurant (especially ones downtown), please send them to me PRIVATELY (not to
the whole list). Pithy, funny, interesting, clever comments would be an added
bonus. If you have any knowledge of prices or menu items etc, you can include
that as well. Casino and non-casino restaurants alike are fine.
Union Plaza restaurants would be especially helpful.
