The Flamingo (also a Hilton) charged me last December and my husband is an
insulin dependent diabetic. I do not recall if I was charged the remainder of
this year, but last month I stayed at Plaza and was charge only on the
non-comped night. Wynn, Bally, Paris--no charge so far.
