XVP Las Vegas Day trips

Does anybody have any good ideas for day trips from Las Vegas?

I will have a rental car my next trip and am looking to go exploring.

I have been to Red Rock Canyon, Lake Mead, Hoover Dam.

Ideally, I would still like to have some gambling time in the morning
or evening.

Any Suggestions?

You may consider going to Monte Lago. The casino is small and friendly.
They have boat rides available and the grounds are just plain
beautiful. When I was there in March, the shops wern't all open. Dick M.

Hi Jonathan,

It seems that you have already seen most of the outdoor places
of interest, around LV. However, if you want even more gambling, how
about Laughlin? It's an easy drive from LV. Laughlin is fun place,
and has a totally different ambiance than LV.

If you decide to do this, log on to vpFREELaughlin for good ideas.

We enjoyed the Edgewater, which has lots of FPDW.

Have a good & lucky trip.

Babe
