Read today (in Seattle) the Snoqualmie Tribe plans to sell bonds to
finance their new casino. This is a relatively new tribe, so there were
lots of hurdles to jump before reaching this point ... and they
stumbled over some of the hurdles. The casino, if built, will be
closer to Seattle than any of the competition, and very close to the
very rich east side (Bellevue, Microsoft, etc). Let me know if you are
