XVP : I'm Looking for some Casino Player coupons

Anyway, if you don't mind, I'd like just a bit more
info about how these coupons typically work; I presume, since you
are
asking for unused coupons, that they do not need to be attached in
the
book like we sometimes see with 'value' books (coupon void if

detached

from book).

Some coupons do have the 'Void if detached' rule on the coupon, but
it's up to the employees of each particular casino whether they will
honor a detached coupon. FTR, I've never been denied usage of a
detached coupon - provided I had an original book in hand. YMMV.

I also presume that they do not have any particular
player's name on them so that they can be used by anyone. In other
words, if I subscribe to Casino Player and get their fun book,
would it
be permissible, according to any rules of useage, for me to mail
the
Atlantic City and Delaware coupons to my sister who lives in

Delaware,

since I'm not likely to ever use them myself?

No, there is no identifying name/number on the coupon.

Yes, Casino Player actually published the URL of a very popular
website for trading coupons for the exact purpose you mention.

hockeystl

Would you(or anyone else here) happen to know that url/link? Or,
failing that, the name of the site you mention here?

Thanx!

I don't see either FTR or YMMV in the glossary here. I've no idea
what "FTR" means, and the best I can do with "YMMV" is "Your Mileage
May Vary", which I doubt is correct.

At the top of the vpFREE Glossary page there is a link to "Internet
Chat Acronyms" which contains many standardized internet acronyms. YMMV
is included and does mean "Your Mileage May Vary". I'm surprised that
FTR (which means "For The Record") isn't on the list.

Most of the Glossary listings OTOH are acronyms that are VP specific.
