No personal experience, except for the decent seafood buffet at Main
Street Station (I'll guess that was on a Friday), and some seafood and
sushi at MSS's Triple 7. I'll guess that anything you get at the
Golden Nugget's restaurants should be good, but I have no experience.

I have always liked the buffet at the Fremont on seafood nights, they usually have piles of cold cracked lobster claws that I really enjoy, if you like lobster claws you may want to try it.
