I believe the inquiry was about blackjack and they frown on throwing the
cards in most casinos. Although I think Jesus Ferguson can get away with that.

The theory kind of makes sense to me but still have my
doubts. I will try the throwing method next week when
I visit Vegas for a few days even though they claim
you need months of practice throwing the dice before
you can be successful in a casino. The seminar seems
to be very expensive, check on google search for other
throwing seminars.
