I am flying in to Reno on Saturday and staying at Harrah's in Lake Tahoe for 3 nights and am
debating whether to rent a car and drive or take the bus from the airport. I've looked up the
weather reports for the area and it seems to be predicting warmish weather, however I can
find no information at to if there is any snow or ice on the roads. Would anyone know what
the road conditions are like?

Don't let the snow and ice stop you from renting a car. It should be
smooth sailing. It is possible that you could find some ice on the road
at night, but it is not a serious problem. I was at the Lake last week,
and it was snowing hard. However, they cleared off the road within 12
hours of the end of the snow storm. You will find the roads clear and
dry.

I got back from Lake Tahoe on Monday. The roads are perfectly dry.
I was much happier renting a car than I would have been from taking
a bus.
