XVP/FWBR post!: Bally's Sunday champange brunch

I ate there recently and can confirm it was in fact Chateau Le
Pussyfoot-Fromage du le Lac Merde

I thought the Champagne they served at the Sunday Sterling Brunch at
Bally's was Perrier Jouët. Was I wrong, or have they recently
downgraded that too?

--I've never been to the Bally's buffet, but I have been to France
on many occasions. and can confirm without equivication, that the
Merde vineyard is the best that Burgundy has to offer. Viva le
Merde!
