If I ever used FOX–which I won’t–I’d be sure to use my phone to take a picture of the car I was returning before I left the lot.

We don’t use Fox anymore mostly because it is such a PIA getting on and off shuttles to get there and back. I’m thinking I am going to start taking a photo of any rental when I pick it up (especially if there is any damage, scrapes, etc,) and again when I drop it off. I will guarantee there will be scrapes at the trunk/hatchback from the thousands of suitcases that are dragged in and out of those cars. Might be a good CYA.
