Drivers license with a Raised seal???
I'm sorry but how are we U.S. Americans supposed to have
raised a seal while spending all our lives in the USA? That
is why we are trying to get into Canada in the first place,
for that novel sea mammalian parenting experience.
Sounds like the old Catch 22 where you need experience to get
the job but you need a job to get the experience.
Hmm...What? You meant the kind of seal that goes on the
paper?
