With these programs, you're able to send & receive email from several
different accounts just by using one program which acts as your email
manager. These programs usually have much better spam filtering, sorting &
cataloging abilities. It also takes time to set them up. But it's worth it if
you spend a lot of time on email. Am not pushing any of the following but
here are three that have been around a while:
Eudora 5.1(www.eudora.com)
Netscape (www.netscape.com)
Microsoft Outlook Express(www.microsoft.com)
If you're currently using Outlook or Messenger (Netscape), you probably ought
to stick with them & explore the possibilities just to make the adjustment
easier but there are a lot of Eudora fanatics who will swear by it.
