I heard some time back two additional things. Hard
Rock sent me a pre construction invite to be a
charter owner of a condo built of their property,
(prolly in the daily weekly property area just west of
HR)
The other rumor sounded unlikely then but plausable
now, a major league baseball park in the strip of land
from Harmon to Flamingo. I laughed then but now... if
Koval were shut down, Grand Canal Apts area utilized
and extensive monorail and or subways bult to
transport fans back and forth it might work.
Other news; My trailer part at 300 E Tropican as well
as the other two remaining parks will be torn down for
who knows what. The new owners said "six months" which
would be mid November. A neighbor who lived through
the World Wide Park closure told me it's six months of
working days which means way into January of 06' The
same attorney who represented Steve Wynn in the World
Wide purchase is doing the deal which means we are in
for a time of it getting paid fairly for our trailers
to be bought or moved.

That's a very large parcel of land. Have you heard
what is supposed to
replace the demolished apartments?
