XVP: Ellis Island Cash Out Ticket Decliend

It is the only gambling available within 500 miles of my home. When I need a gambling fix, putting up with the Indian Casino rules is easier than making the trip to a Nevada or some other gaming jurisdiction.

No one is forcing anyone to gamble at those Indian casinos. If customers
don't like their rules (24 hours, etc.), then they don't have to play
there! Seems like a no-brainer to me.

I know of several Indian casinos, such as Win River in Redding, CA, where
