All of us VP Experts sometimes like a diversion from Video Poker and I use Blackjack and Keno.
The 2 best downtown blackjack games I have seen are at the QQQQ and the EC, both having about 2 tables of single deck, 3/2 on blackjacks, dealer hits soft 17, double any first two cards, split up to 4 hands except Aces, and minimums no higher than $10. Negative is that neither game is non smoking. The Cal has a double deck non smoking $5 game though with the same rules as above.
As to Keno EC has $1.15 specials that return over 85% and Fitz has th e"truly special rate" that also returns over 85%; however, the Fitz has barred players for winning tourneys.
