XVP - Customer Development Executive

Received a birthday card from Agnes Dasilva. Has the Caesars, Ballys,
Showboat and Harrahs logo on it.

Says she is a Customer Development Executive. Does anyone know her?
What does she do and what can she do for me? Any comments?

She's a host at Harrah's AC. Nice lady. It's my understanding however,
that HET has gone back to the policy of having a host at separate AC
properties, as opposed to one host for all four.

Apparently, what is happening is as you say -- a host at each AC property -- however since her card had the logo for all four of the Atlantic City properties I was not sure what was going on.
