You may be doing a package deal or something? Their monthly base rate (before taxes and fees) is something like $9.36. But once I added in those taxes and fees that will be added (just like Embarq adds them), I figure I was saving only a little more than $1 a month AFTER I accounted for the 9.99 installation fee. What am I missing here? (Since I have a cell phone for long distance calls, I would get the basic service where there is no monthly fee for long distance access.)
Incidentally, I already have the Cox TV and Internet package.
