New members to the group - Be aware-the Taxis illegally still take the airport tunnel exit adding $15 to a typical strip/downtown fare and even if u object make all kinds of excuses to go that way. Don't fall for it. Even if Paradise Road has construction there is Swenson or Koval or other similar routes. They charge u $3.20 to get in, $1.20 airport fee, and then the regular $2/mile but the waiting time wait is also very high.
Options- for downtown - with carry on or less luggage bus #109 (24'), or bus #108 (5am-1am) from airport zero level one level below bag claim. To Strip can transfer at Tropicana/Flamingo/ or Desert Inn as needed.
With Bags - Many shuttle services available near bag claim, some better than others-if you regularly travel with checkable luggage find one that is efficient and stick with it.
Best Option-If you have a good relationship with your host and don't abuse the comp system ordering extravagantly they often will pick up the limo to/from the airport. I am known by my hosts for not abusing the meal comps thus if I ask for something they hinestly try to accomodate me if at all possible. Some properties also have a comp shuttle (Palace Station) as well.
For local transit the Deuce Bus Service ont hestrip, the monorail, the 108 on Paradise and the 105 on Industrial are good options
