That's quite a condo development going in across from the SunCoast
Casino ... 340 condos ranging from 2-20 million each in one 14 story
building and three 18 story buildings, plus a retail village. I'm
surprised at the massive scale of this project. Up to now, this area
has been single family residences with a few scattered one or two
level condo developments.
