XVP - Computer Problem

I use Outlook Express and since I have my rebuilt computer I am receiving 2 copies of every e-mail. (I was overwhelmed as it was with one copy.) Cox says it isn't a Cox problem. I must have some setting wrong for Outlook Express but I can't figure out how to fix it. Private help would be appreciated!!

Not a normal poster here, normally over at the LVA boards, but I get
the e-mail summary and saw your question. Try the instructions in this
