I picked-up a Coast Casinos Turf Club point redemption menu today. You can redeem points for food, hotel rooms, shows or bowling at the basic rate of $5 equals 20 points up to $100 equals 400 points.

There is some variation to this, such as 85 points for a comp for one person at the Orleans Oyster Bar or 165 points for a weekday room comp at Sam's Town.

If you want more info, let me know what items at which casino interest you.

That works out to about %2.1 in comps. Thanks that is all I needed to know.
