Casino's may be private property, but they are not their own country. The US
Constitution still applies.
I agree with your overall view of this situation. Innocent people need not
be subjected to such treatment. I also agree that those who are criminals
should be punished. However, your two consecutive paragraphs that I have reprinted
above are quite contradicting. First you essentially state that a "cheater"
should be taken back and beaten because they "deserve it" with the casino
security being all of the trail, jury and enforcer. Then in the very next
paragraph, you state that "the US Constitution still applies". There is no nexus
between these two statements. They are diametrically opposed.
