Ofcourse all of this is if your innocent. If you ARE cheating or stealing
from people (the guy who stole the old ladies ticket we were discussing not too
long ago leaps to mind) go to the back room and take your beating.....you
deserve it.

Casino's may be private property, but they are not their own country. The US
Constitution still applies.

I agree with your overall view of this situation. Innocent people need not
be subjected to such treatment. I also agree that those who are criminals
should be punished. However, your two consecutive paragraphs that I have reprinted
above are quite contradicting. First you essentially state that a "cheater"
should be taken back and beaten because they "deserve it" with the casino
security being all of the trail, jury and enforcer. Then in the very next
paragraph, you state that "the US Constitution still applies". There is no nexus
between these two statements. They are diametrically opposed.

Of course your right, what I was saying is that if you are guilty of preying on a defenseless old lady, then you should recognize that you are a waste of space and submit yourself to the beating that you deserve.

Everybody has rights, even the guilty. Nothing says that they can't give up their rights and go get beat if they KNOW they deserve it. Thereby volunteering for the beating, as opposed to having it forced upon them. <G>
