Very true but if you voluntarily go with them you will
most likely have no recourse. They strip search you,
they say they did not. They rough you up, they say
you started it. There will be no video in the
backroom.

Seems as if there "ought to be" either a State Law or a Gaming
Control Regulation concerning WHERE a suspected "cheater" may be
detained. If anyone has definite information concerning this, and/or
whether casino personnel may lawfully conduct any form of search
(over suspect's objections), please post same.

Not necessarily. Just quietly, but forcefully, let it be known that you will not be escorted ANYWHERE until somebody shows you a badge. And not a Joes Casino Security badge either.
If you are passive, and simply stubbornly sit your butt on a stool and wait until the cops get there, what are they going to do? I don't think they want to be on their own video surveillance systems tackling and or otherwise manhandling a person who is not resisting or causing any kind of a disturbance. Not to mention the 100's of witnesses on the casino floor. If they do that, they have violated your civil rights and you will own their casino. The casino security people are only able to get away with what people let them get away with. We all have rules to follow, make sure they follow theirs. This is ofcouse assuming that casino security personnel haven't been duly appointed as peace officers in the state in which they work. If they have then it's a whole different ballgame.
Ofcourse all of this is if your innocent. If you ARE cheating or stealing from people (the guy who stole the old ladies ticket we were discussing not too long ago leaps to mind) go to the back room and take your beating.....you deserve it.
Casino's may be private property, but they are not their own country. The US Constitution still applies.
