One of the wrecking companies in Las Vegas has that on
the side of it's excavtor. It looks like Grand Canal
Apts are next to be leveled. They are just south of
Ellis Island on Koval and two rows of buildings have
been vacated. I wonder if the International Villas
will go also. They are just south of the new Fairfield
high rise which is south of Harmon. Nearby, my trailer
park on Tropican has been sold as well as the other
two remaining parks of the original five.
At Ellis Island tonight three security guards and the
slot supervisor were standing at the entrance of the
ladies bathroom waiting to nab somebody.
A vpfree member estimated the loss to Westin on the
600 for 300 thing was 300k. A higher up at Westin told
me one players club rep had gross reciepts of 125k on
just one 8hr shift so total loss was around 900k, he
estimates.
Found out from a security guard at Palace Station that
the renovation of the coffee shop will take up to
three months and is costing PS 1.5 mega bucks. I hope
they put the counter seats closer than three feet from
the counter and hope they fix all the clocks on the
wall. The security guard and I, also a security guard,
were uneasy talking to each other as it's rumored that
when you see two security guards together talking they
are discussing dreams they've had while asleep on the
job.
