If anyone is following the Harrah's buyout -- I am looking for a link
or info on the price they are paying for CZR. Probably a combination
of cash and stock, but there should be an amount/ number of harrah's
shares etc. Thanks, RW
XVP - Caeser's Stock Price
According to the terms of the merger agreement, a
stock holder will receive 0.3247 of a share of
Harrah's common stock for each share of Caesars that
they own. If a Caesars stockholder chooses a buyout
they will get $17.75 in cash for each share of Caesars
common stock that they own.
