XVP - bus service improvements

The 109 now just doesn't from downtown to the airport, but now goes beyond the airport thru the tunnel to link up with the Sunset and may be even the Strip Buses. More info when I get more info.Thus you now have an easy way from the airport to Sunset Station via the 109/212

Also, the #302 Strip Express has returned from midday to midnight or so. This is in addition to the strip local #301

yuck! I hope it still bases at the airport so there are 2 options for
easy travel to downtown from airport when I get in around midnight
most times. Always fiddling...
