XVP Breeder's Cup Party and 3p DB

The Gold Coast 3 play DB was downgraded to 9/7 earlier this year. Don't know
about their Breeders Cup Party. The last time I walked through GC most of
their patrons appeared to be a few decades past partying or breeding.
