That BJ basic strategy is based on a dealer hole ten is an over
simplification.
Basic strategy for BJ is based on all possible combinations of cards
excluding the two the player holds and dealer's up card. If dealer has a
ten or ace it is assumed the his hole card does not complete a BJ. The
local writer here sometimes forgets this when computing dealer bust
percentages.

dealers hole card is a ten/picture ? If this is so why would basic
as it is now written be sound because most of the cards in a deck are
