XVP Bill Gates was $5 VP Bankroll

Quad Zilla" <quadzilla666@earthlink.net>writes:

Several years ago, Bill Gates was seen playing in a 3-6 holdem
game. Personally, if I were in his situation, that is probably where
I would play too. The games are easier and the atmosphere is much
more relaxed. Sure, he could play 100-200 and blow off a couple racks
and not even care, but those games are not nearly as fun. Of course,
if he gets to the point where he enjoys the idea of competing against
the best, then stepping up makes sense.

I agree completely with that. About ten years ago I was playing 3/6 Hold-em at the LV Hilton when they had a card room in the main casino. A movie was being made at the time in the casino, and Woody Harlson joined the game for a while between scenes. He seemed a very amiable guy. I didn't get a chance to ask him if he played video poker.
