Have most mainstream casinos converted to accept the newer $20 bills

I wasn't too surprised that my local Indian casino here has
SOME converted, but some not. The one's that aren't, I suppose,
may be on a leasing system, so when the lease is up,
they'll be swapped for machines with the newer bill readers.

Bill acceptors are programmable, either eprom or flashrom (depending
on jurisdiction). It's usually a matter of getting the slot mechanics
to dl or replace the program. It is possible that the new program
hasn't been approved by the jurisdiction but that's unlikely in this
case. It's also possible, that some B/A's are no longer supported by
their manufacturer. (remember Odessey machines?)
