When this group hits certain subjects I have been known to be quite
opinionated. It all stems from the one time I was backroomed for
over 3 hours. Will not give details because very recently a
settlement was reached but I will say that the memorey of that
evening and what went on afterward will stay with me forever. I
still go to certain casinos where I believe I have an understanding
of their procedures and other casinos where I have friends and
family working but I am very leery of all other places.
To Bob, who stated that this was old news. Did you realize that the
settlement between Caesar's and Grosjean and Russo was less than
three months ago. The court decision against Griffin for damages
was more recent than that. The court decision against Caesar's and
Griffin together was also less than 3 months old. The case may have
originated in 2000 or whatever year, but by the time you can get
into a court room against the real high powered attorneys (those who
work for the casinos) you might die of old age. My case dates from
2002 and without a settlement, I have no idea when we would have
been in court.
Please do not send me private emails asking for details as there is
a non disclosure form signed by me as part of the settlement which I
plan to honor.
