It is owned by Berkshire Hathaway now but was a family-owned operation of
Mormons in Utah before that. They close on Sundays and they really have a nice
way of doing business. I was surprised to hear that someone had a problem
and I would suggest they pursue it to the highest level that they can.

The people were nice to deal with but they just said
nothing they could do about it unless I wanted to pay
for new cushions. I don't think after spending that
amount of money, I should have to buy new cushions
because the dye is coming off the leather. I see that
as a production problem that either RC Willey or the
manufacturer should have stepped up and fixed but
neither one was willing to do anything.
