I don't recall any book with this premise as the main theme. However, I am
sure someone has mentioned it in the business world more than once. I think the
answer depends on what other conditions exist--is it distributed evenly in a
communist country (or as the Chinese call themselves--socialist world?) or
is it a republic, what limitations might impact wealth such as tax structure,
etc. I'd say in a highly regulated state it might take longer for the
redistribution--but either way I'd give you fair odds on one generation.
