It may be old news, but I first heard about ex-NBA star Charles Oakley's lawsuit with the Aria on channel 5's news tonight.

I'd lay 100 to 1 that if either side is substantially accurate, it's the Aria's. Maybe Mr. Nersesian can be asked to comment about it on Thursday's show.

I'll lay bigger odds than that that it will not be on Thursday's show.
We have 25 minutes on Nersesian's first appearance and the questions will be more directed to: what should players do when mistreated by casinos?
Whatever happened to Charles Oakley when he was drinking by the pool and getting rowdy is a matter for other shows than ours.
There are a number of shows out there dealing with celebrity gossip of one kind or another. Just because something happened in Vegas does not make it suitable for our show.
In addition to Bob Nersesian's appearance, Munchkin and I will spend 10 minutes or discussing transporting money to and from casinos,
including things like lines of credit, being paid "out of sight," security precautions, safe deposit boxes, etc. Neither Munch nor I are experts on this subject, but we've both played for reasonably high stakes for decades and it's fair to conclude we've learned something along the way.
I've got a feeling that this subject will consume 10 minutes on more than one show.
Our show is dedicated to making the listeners more knowledgeable gamblers. If you are interested in that, give us a listen.

The question "what would a gambler have to do to expect to, or possibly, be treated as Mr. Oakley alleges Aria security treated him?" might be relevant to what he thinks players should do when mistreated by casinos, if only to reassure gamblers that they generally need not fear such treatment if all they are doing is advantage gambling. As undesirable as I believe I generally am by casinos, I still feel safer in them than anywhere else.
