I really liked my Downtown experience until food poisoning cut the enjoyable part of my trip off. I was supposed to do a bit of scouting. OTOH I did lose 10 lbs in 4 days.

XVP: Any advice on where to find Pai Gow poker downtown?
I know they have Pai Gow Poker at MSS, 4 Queens, and I think they have it at the California and the Fremont, and Binions.
There isn’t any at the El Cortez.

Thank you very much. My pre food poisoning scouting was a 5AM when table offerings were limited. I had some observations about the quality of what looked like the for pay companionship prowling around.
I have been trying to get my $25 Pai Gow friend to leave CZR for downtown.

Another place to try for Pai Gow Poker is the Gold Coast or the Orleans. They usually have a few tables going and the progressives can get quite high at both casinos. They sometimes post the amounts on their websites.
