They sound very useful. Which size do you recommend? And which filter? I
am anticipating ordering them the moment you respond ... if they can cut down
on unpleasant tobacco output that will make me really happy.

for females i would recommend small thats what my wife uses.

for normal size men medium
and for big men large
just make sure you use the charcoal nose filters. they are the ones i order t oprevent the
smoke.
just a p. s. you will smell the odors of the smoke but the filter filters out the harmful
chemicals. and you will not get the irritation you get from the smoke if you were not
using them.
