Recently lost 30,000+ miles from American Airlines AAdvantage acct due to no
activity for 36 mo.
Could have preserved it by doing something as simple as gifting 100 mi every
so often.
Could have also begged customer service to reinstate with 50/50 chance of
gettng it back.
Anyway, just remember any activity, no matter how small, keeps your miles
active.
