XVP A question

note really a true assumption. Sometime people in the same house use
the same ip. In addition some companies use something called NAT when
translated the internal, private IP to a public one. And quit often it
is the same number, but it gets assigned a unique port after it.

Subject: [vpFREE] XVP A question

If 2 different individuals have the same originating IP address, may I
assume that the 2 individuals are really one individual, in spite of
different names, etc?
