I am way over 50, I have seen Mystere, I have seen Blue Man Group.
Mystere is great, classic, lots of color and amazing circus acts, music is uplifting and humor so-so.
Blue Man Group is indescribable. You sit there and wonder why you are laughing so much. You become a kid again. The music makes you want to keep time, the humor is very cerebral. I loved it. If you go, get seats at least 8 rows from the front.
Comparing them is apples and oranges. Whatever you see, have a good time!
