XVP $9 monorail deal

This is the answer I got from the monorail people.

"Thank you for your inquiry. To answer your question, you can buy as many
of the one-day passes as you would like at the $9.00 price. The tickets
simply need to be purchased on or before October 31st. After that, you are
correct that they are valid for one year from the date of purchase. I hope this

There is a coupon in the October Southwest Airline Spirit magazine for
this. However, it does not show an expiration date. It also shows $7
off of a ten-ride ticket ($35/w coupon) or $8 off a three day pass
($40/w coupon). The ten-ride ticket can be shared. One coupon per
ticket purchased.
But "Management reserves all rights."

Can these be used by visitors?
