It is my understanding that the Absolute Poker website scandal involved
players who had allegedly gained access to software which allowed them to see
everyone's hidden cards, while Ultimate's involved folks who were actually
high-ranking officers of the company allegedly doing the same sort of thing.
It should make for a very interesting story, indeed.
