It looks like $8.50, about 10%, is for the airport. I don't know if the facility charge applies to all rentals or just airport rentals. The vehicle license fee, state and rental tax apply no matter where you rent the car.
By the way, the CTI code used above showed a $15 discount ( $15 per trip) but when my bill was totaled, it showed a $15/day discount ( $60). Thanks vegasstl.
