On or about, June 26, 2007 we went to the Gold Coast Club Coast to
obtain a copy of my, and my wife's, 2006 win loss statements.
We are low-rollers, and don't have access to a host.
We individually filled out "the form" and were put on "the list". We
were assured by the boothlings that "the form" would obtain all of the
2006 Coast Casino win loss statements.
Husband received all coast casinos, as requested in writing, in
person, on "the form".
Wife received The Orleans. Yes she had play at the SunCoast and
SouthCoast
We contacted Club Coast through their www.
J Yee, Gold Coast Club Customer NOService Manager then sent 2006 Win
Loss statement for Gold Coast, and said each casino handles their own.
A direct contridiction to what her boothling report advised, AND
PROVIDED TO HUSBAND.
Club Manager further states pre-acquisition South Coast 2006 win loss
statement for South Coast is no longer available.
This is also in contridiction to what was provided husband in his June
26 gold coast request which was received as requested.
OK, since no two boothlings at Gold Coast Club Coast are consistant,
apparently don't read, and are unhelpful, I'll contact Sun Coast, but
by problem continues pre acquisition South Coast.
QUESTION: How do I acquire my 2006 Coast Casino South Coast win loss
statement? I'd prefer any statutory requirement since Coast Club
managers don't communicate or cooperate.
