I used a 2003 coupon at the LV Gold Coast buffet in mid December.
They had a sign up saying they wouldn't redeem detached ACG coupons
and the cashier said they couldn't be detached. I insisted that the
detached provision didn't apply until 2004 and the cashier let me
use them.
